Horseshoe Bay to the Cabin approx. 6 ½ hours

Directions
Take the Langdale Ferry from Horseshoe Bay to the Sunshine Coast, and then drive Hwy 101 up the Sechelt Peninsula to the Earls Cove ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Saltery Bay and then continue along Hwy 101 past Powell River, until you get to Lund, which is where Hwy 101 ends. Unload your vehicle at the Lund Water Taxi dock, park your vehicle, take the water taxi across to the island (approximately 10 minutes) and then load onto a land taxi, which will drive you directly to the door of the cottage.

Round-trip reservations must be made for the water taxi and land taxi. The water taxi is $8 per person each way, and the land taxi is a flat fee of $26 each way for your entire group. Reservations for the Horseshoe Bay ferry are recommended in the summer. BC Ferries does not accept reservations for the Earls Cove/Saltery Bay ferry.
